He began his music studies professionally in Cuba, from the age of 8, at the Guillermo Tomás Conservatory. He studied improvisation with Jose Luis Cortés, one of the most important Latin Jazz musicians in Cuba. He took classes with Orlando Valle, MARACA, the most representative flutist of Cuba abroad. He was better graduated at the national level when finishing the Superior Level. He studied a Bachelor of Music Interpretation and Pedagogy at the UNAM National School of Music. He is 1st Pied Piper of the UNAM Symphonic Band and the postgraduate chair releasing new music from Mexican composers. It has been presented in Canada, France, the United States and Ecuador. He specializes in Saxophone as a secondary instrument and piano as a complementary instrument. It is presented at the Gaviota International Awards. In Ecuador, he teaches an interpretation and pedagogy seminar for breath instruments at the Ambato Conservatory. Participates
on Mexican national television on 2 occasions playing on a RadioFórmula program. He participates as a Saxophonist and Flute Player at the JazzMex 2017 Festival. He is a member of the Ricardo Montaner Production in his concerts at the National Auditorium and Gardens in Mexico. He is part of the musical production of IL DIVO for his concerts at Auditorio Nacional in 2018, and also Pied Piper of his ensemble Acompañante. He has performed with his ensembles at the Spring Festival, Cervantino Festival and various national and international events.
He is currently Director of the La Salle Youth Orchestra, Cuernavaca, Artistic Director of the Chamber Orchestra of the UAEM School of Theater, Dance and Music; Professional saxophonist on independent projects. Professor of Saxophone, Transverse Flute and various theoretical subjects at the La Salle Cuernavaca University, the Autonomous University of the State of Morelos, and the Morelense Center for the Arts. It is part of the production of the National Auditorium and Gardens of Mexico. He is CEO of D Servicios Musicales, and distributor of his brand of Flutes Traversas Daryl Antón.
